Based in the Boston area but servicing clients across the US and globally, our team of experienced engineers, technical account managers, project managers and support staff have spent the last two decades helping clients envision, implement and support IT infrastructure.
Zeus Estrada founded Z-TECH Associates in 1989 while working in the academic community on VAX projects. As a senior analyst at Brandeis and MIT, he provided integration services to various departments on campus. This experience laid the foundation for implementing some of the first LANs and WANs for private sector companies in the Boston area.
As Microsoft gained prominence in networking and server operating systems, Z-TECH became one of the first certified partners. Today, Z-TECH is a Microsoft-certified cloud solution provider and assists clients to successfully integrate cloud solutions into their existing sites in addition to supporting all aspects of an organization's IT needs.
Z-TECH has some of the best systems engineers in the Boston area and beyond. Our comprehensive experience with technology and hands-on approach to installing and maintaining systems for our clients has won us a loyal base of customers.

Technical Account Manager: The Technical Account Manager delivers outstanding customer service at all levels: managing customer relationships, scoping and managing IT projects, writing client proposals including system design and budgets, managing client requests, scheduling engineering staff for planned and emergency work, developing new business opportunities, working with vendors and understanding SMB cloud, IT integration, security and implementation needs. Bachelor's degree, comfort discussing technology, excellent communications/writing skills and ability to multi-task are required. Available for after-hours client issues; work primarily in our Concord, MA office among colleagues.
