By subscribing to ALLEZ Consulting, Inc. SMS services (“Service”), you (“Subscriber”) agree to the following terms:

1. Consent to Receive Messages

  • By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from ALLEZ Consulting/Z-TECH for marketing, promotions, updates, or other informational purposes.

  • Message frequency may vary.

2. Opt-Out

  • You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

  • After opting out, you may still receive essential transactional messages if applicable.

3. Message & Data Rates

  • Standard message and data rates may apply as per your mobile carrier.

  • Z-TECH is not responsible for carrier fees.

4. Use of Service

  • You agree not to use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harassing purposes.

  • You must provide accurate information when subscribing.

5. Privacy

  • Your phone number and data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

  • Data may be used for service improvement, analytics, and compliance.

  • Your data will not be shared with third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is.”

  • Z-TECH is not liable for damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content sent via SMS is owned by Z-TECH or its licensors.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any content without permission.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of MA/USA.

Disputes will be resolved in the courts of MA/USA.
